RW- Viktor Tikhonov (Coyotes):  Tikhonov was drafted towards the end of the first round in 2008 and is still loaded with potential. He is a two-way forward, that is impressive in all three zones. He might be a very nice value pick up for any team, especially for the Islanders who seem to do well with their diamond in the rough acquisitions. He should get claimed and I would be shocked if he wasn't.
