No one seems to know why he missed the entire season, he had a day-to-day injury to start the year and never came back from it. If it was because of that injury, one would have to believe it was serious. If it's serious, his career may be in jeopardy.

Review: 

There is really nothing to review as he did not play one game this season and his contract will be expiring this off-season. He had no impact and was waived after he was cut from the Isles training camp, and cleared waivers. At the start of the season he had, what was thought to be a minor injury as it was described as "day-to-day". This was what supposedly kept him out all year. It definitely leads you to believe it was either much more serious than the doctor's thought or something else happened that we don't know about because it's a bit odd that a player would sign a one-year deal just to not play a single game despite no press release from the club explaining an injury.
