The Chicago Blackhawks have re-signed defenseman Brent Seabrook to a massive 5 year contract worth about $29 Million. His yearly average cap hit will be around $5.8 Million. The contract also includes a Limited No Trade Clause for Seabrook. Although its a bit of an overpayment, its one I am sure the Blackhawks will be happy to have as he is a stud on the back end. At just 25 years old, he has proven to be one of the best all around defensemen in the game.
