Islanders fans and supporters have been working hard to get a "White Out" planned for tomorrow's Islanders game. Although the Islanders PR staff tried to convince the Caps to let the Islanders wear white on the ice tomorrow and were denied, it should be a decent outcome as it has received a lot of attention. Matt Moulson, Michael Grabner, Chris Botta, Katie Strang, and most importantly the Isles official twitter have supported the attempt. There are rumors the team will hand out shirts or white paraphernalia to support the cause. The idea stems from how the Capitals do "Red Outs" and Isles fans thought it was a good idea to play off that and "White out the Red". It just goes to show you that when the Isles play well there are a lot of great Islanders fans that will come out and support the team.
